As part of the product approval process for proprietary foods, food business operators (FBOs) are required to submit a certificate of analysis from an NABL-accredited and FSSAI-recognized laboratory like SIMA LABS. Additionally, it is mandatory for manufacturers to clearly indicate that the product is a proprietary food on its label.
